What am I buying?

Downloadable planners, forms, templates, and trackers. No physical item, binder, printing, or software is included. Each product page lists the included formats and shows sample images.

How do I receive my files?

After payment is confirmed, use the download link supplied electronically with your order. Check your email inbox and spam folder. If you cannot find or use your link, contact us with your order number and product name.

What is inside a ZIP file?

A ZIP package groups the product’s files together. Download and extract it first, then open the individual PDF, Word, Excel, or instruction files.

What software do I need?

A PDF reader opens printable PDFs. Products specifically described as fillable include fields for typing; other PDFs are intended for printing. Word and Excel files need Microsoft Word or Excel, or compatible software. Formatting and features can vary in other apps, so check the listing and your software before purchasing.

Can I edit the files?

You can customize files identified as editable. A printable PDF is not necessarily fillable or editable. File formats differ by product; the description identifies what is included.

What paper size should I use?

Use the size stated on the product page or in the included instructions. Many products use US Letter (8.5 × 11 inches), while planner refills are offered in other sizes. Start with actual-size or 100% printing and print a test page before printing the full set.

Can I print the pages again?

Yes. Print copies for your own household, or for your business’s internal use when purchasing a business template. Files and modified versions may not be shared, resold, redistributed, or offered as templates. Follow the license included with your purchase.

What if my download does not work?

Email pharmd52003@gmail.com with your order number, product name, and the device or software you are using. We can help locate the download, restore access, or troubleshoot a file. Do not buy the product again just to obtain a replacement link.

Do you offer refunds?

We generally do not offer change-of-mind refunds after a file is downloaded. If a file is missing, incorrect, corrupted, or materially different from its description, contact us so we can resolve it. Unresolved verified problems qualify for a refund of the affected purchase. Mandatory consumer rights still apply. See the Refund Policy for details.

Are health and business templates professional advice?

No. These are organizational tools. Record medication instructions exactly as provided by your clinician; do not create or change a treatment plan from a template. Business forms do not replace legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory advice.
